This mixed use development has a grocery store, retail, restaurants and multifamily on site. The grocery store and retail includes a greenspace area at the corner of Spring Road and Atlanta Road for outdoor congregation.
The multifamily area has two courtyards with a variety of amenities that include grill stations, corn hole, activity lawn, pavilion structure, pool area, fire pit and a beer garden area with seating. This site is a good example of a space that one could live, work and play in.
It was important to incorporate accent plants around entry areas and focal points while using plant massing’s and shade trees in areas of less interest.
